Shipping policy

Shipments are delivered within 10 to 20 business days after orders are cleared with a credit card. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If orders are submitted, and a clear credit card is authorized Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM EST, orders will be processed that day. If orders are issued after 12:00 PM EST, they will not be processed until the next day.
Applications placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST or on Saturday or Sunday the following Monday will be processed.

SHIPPING METHOD COST ESTIMATED DELIVERY DAYS

Free standard ground service 10-20 working days, but due to Covid-19 the rules have been changed and the order may take up to 20 business days to reach the destination.

You can expect your order to arrive within 10 to 15 full business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays in the United States.
Your order must be received and obtain credit authorization by 12:00 noon. EST or your order may not be processed until the next business day.

SHIPMENT:

All products originate from our warehouse.

We use express courier services such as DHL and FedEx which are widely known for their fast and secure shipping. You will receive a code to track the status of your order.
The courier tracking number is provided by us. This facility allows for close monitoring of the movement of the shipment to its final destination.

In the event that you are not available at the time of arrival, please let someone know to pick it up and sign the order for you.
Or just contact the courier to postpone the shipment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

After placing the order, you will receive a receipt that includes the full invoice detail for the product.

Otherwise, please note that your order has not been registered in our system. To clarify, contact the person concerned by e-mail.

TRACKING DETAILS:

We will send you a tracking code to remain updated with the progress of the shipment. This notice includes the date of shipment and expected delivery date.

LATE DELIVERY:

In this case, the order does not arrive at the location. The amount will be returned or a replacement shipment will be sent accordingly.

You can also notify us of the delay in delivery by sending the tracking code to check the progress.

CANCELLATIONS:

We cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
